I Love - the beach

Photo taken at Point Danger

Today was International Geocaching day and to celebrate we attended the International Geocaching day event at point danger, logged as our 50th cache!
Amazingly bright sunny day, spent watching the wales frolic 50 m from our picnic spot, talking shop and watching the kids have fun with new friends

I Love - Chinos with my girl

Poor little lady felt a bit ripped off... 'Theres no Marshmallows' she said..

but she was more than happy to share a cookie.

a fabulously bright, warm day.. was lovely getting out in the garden and watching some of the neighbours on the slackline they set up in the park behind our place... that is, until the wind picked up.

Photo a day #2

I Love - Swimming Lessons

Thom has always had an aversion to water in his face. Hair washing and showers were a nightmare! After 2 months he is starting to swim. ALL. BY. HIMSELF! needless to say I'm one proud mumma... Livvy on the other hand looks like a synchronized swimming worm, which can be frightfully amusing to anyone watching.. she is having a good time though!

on another positive note the corn is starting to get corn looking things on it... Look at that... CORN!!!

and the new lemon tree has its first blossom. See! i can grow things....

Lately life has become a little hum drum and its been difficult when talking to friends and family back in Sydney to come up with a single fun thing we have done since the last we spoke. I recently came across the Blog Hubby Rob and old friend Mat kept while they cycled across the Nullubor plane a few years back and i realized what a wonderful record it was of the wonderful and  ridiculous things they did and thought whilst doing it!

I guess i want to snapshot the great memories we have each day that tend to get pushed aside by all the house work and preschool and same old, same old.... you know, the boring stuff. Also i need to push myself to finish some of the things i want to complete and keep a journal for our family's to view.
